Food either overcooked , cold or not what you order . Been to several different locations, terrible . QUIT GOING TO THEM ! They can't even make a chocolate milk shake taste good ! Ordered American Dog with xtra , xtra onions and all I got was heavy Ketchup & Relish AND I COUNTED 15 PIECES of Onions Only ! I will & would NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO TO ANY sonic DRIVE THRUS OR WHATEVER ELSE THEY DO TO SELL FOOD !! NEVER NEVER NEVER !!!

Very disappointed with Sonic chilly hot dog. It was too salty who ever made the chillies added to much salt to cause BP patient a stroke.. Sonic pls please look into today chillies cheese burger. Owners pls go now and try its 3:38 pm. 12/30/25

Came in at 9:30pm after work on 12/24 Christmas Eve. Waited around 20 minutes in the stall with someone telling me to please wait twice.
They eventually told me to go to the drive thru line instead and that they were shutting down the stalls. Line took 45 minutes despite only having around 9 cars. A car in front of me was waiting at the speaker for 15 minutes.
Eventually told us to pull up to the window to order. Food took 20 minutes, so I’m assuming that was the backup.
I don’t know if some machine is broken, or whether they’re understaffed. But if neither of that is true then everyone on cooking duty needs to be fired

I I have frequently ordered from Sonic, but they consistently make mistakes with my orders. For instance, if I request additional onions or cheese, the online menu indicates that they open at 6 AM. However, when I visited the restaurant at 6:20 AM, there were no employees present. It appears that they were not responding to my service request when I pressed the button.
