    I placed and paid for an order through the Sonic app, but when there was an issue, the staff on site weren’t able to make any corrections or provide a refund. One worker was dismissive and walked away instead of helping. Anthony, the manager, did try to assist and was professional, but ultimately told me I’d have to call corporate to get my money back. It was frustrating to drive out of my way expecting a quick stop, only to leave without a resolution.
