I ordered an Oreo Cheesecake Shake tonight from this Sonic location, and halfway through drinking it I slurped up a broken tooth through my straw. Yes — an actual tooth. I was shocked and disgusted. I immediately stopped drinking it and tried calling the store, but they repeatedly refused to answer the phone even though they are still open for two more hours. This is a serious food safety violation and completely unacceptable. I have photos and videos documenting everything, and I will be reporting this to Sonic corporate. I expect this to be addressed immediately because this could have caused serious harm. Extremely disappointed and honestly shaken by this experience.
