  I don't know about the day time but the night precisely at 1:00AM! THEY CREW IS SLOW LIKE IS SOMETHING WRONG??? Waiting at the drive thru speaker box for somebody to take an PICK UP ORDER TAKES OVER 30 MINS????????? JUST GO TO THE NEXT SONIC

  Went on Thursday night @ 2am was told we're closed but there were 2 cars in drive thru and website says open til 3am just wanted a cup of ice

  The food is ok the customer service it's horrible the Rouge always have an attitude. They are very slow all the time if there is 1 car in the drive-thru its going to take you know less than 15 minutes to get your order. 2 or 3 cars you you will wait 20 to 25 minutes. If you are in a rush dont come at night time.

  The staff at this location was very rude and made a simple situation unnecessarily difficult. I placed two mobile orders one for my boyfriend and one for myself both paid for and placed correctly through the app. Since I was already there, I picked up both. I don’t understand why this became an issue. The total order was just two small mozzarella sticks each (eight total). There was no reason for staff to press me or escalate the situation. Very disappointing customer service. This location needs better professionalism.
