I have one start for simple fact when I ask for something fresh and they want to redip it in old grease an give you greasy hard food just to make it seem like it's hot and fresh and it isn't sad to say I go get slashes regular at this location on OLD SPANISH TRAIL BUT FOOD HORRIBLE SERVICE 50/50 ATMOSPHERE OF COURSE PEOPLE BEGGING AT THE WINDOW WHEN YOU'RE DRIVING UP VERY UNCOMFORTABLE MESSED UP THAT EVEN TELLING THEM IN PERSON IS LIKE A BAD HABIT WITH THE FOOD BEING REDIPPED AND NOT FRESH THEN SOME OF THE CARHOPS DON'T LIKE TO GIVE YOU YOUR CHANGE THEY JUST TAKE IT AS A TIP OF YOU DON'T CALL THEM ON IT YOU'LL B WAITING FOR YOUR CHANCE THEY'LL JUST WALK AWAY FROM THE STALLS AND HAVE YOU SITTING JUST SAD

I just had a coworker being me a shake from here. It was a cheesecake master shake add caramel. The caramel was a tiny drizzle on top, that's fine, that must be normal. The whipped cream was not cream it was whipped topping, that's fine, I don't expect much from fast food. They left off my cherry, probably because my coworker didn't want theirs, although they did that to help tell the shakes apart.
What really did it for me was that they didn't mix the shake. My shake tasted plain, which i thought was normal, until I got to my last bite. It tasted like a mouthful of chemical blue cheese. It's been about an hour since I ate my shake and I can still smell it, like it's in my sinuses.
That was a nasty trick, like Harry Potter beans... surprise.
Also they lied about the food being ready, which messed up our 30 minutes lunch breaks.
Not impressed, no thank you.
