I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of basic food safety at this location. From the very beginning, the young lady taking our order was rushing us and cutting us off, not allowing us to properly explain how we wanted our burgers made or which condiments we did not want.
When we finally got to the window, every single order was wrong. We politely informed them, but instead of remaking the food correctly, one young African American female wearing a blue beanie was seen signaling to the cook to simply scrape the condiments off the burgers instead of making new ones. That is a serious health and safety violation and completely unacceptable.
After receiving the food again, the order was STILL wrong for the third time. At that point, we had no choice but to request a refund. To make matters worse, the employee at the window said they were going to give our returned drinks to the next car behind us. That is completely unsanitary and violates basic health codes.
This experience was extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and frustrating. The lack of proper food handling, poor communication, and careless attitude toward customers and hygiene makes this one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I am beyond unsatisfied and will not be returning to this location.
I truly hope management takes this seriously because the way customers and food safety were handled here is unacceptable.

We love this location the staff and manager are great we live close to here and have gone here since it opened year's ago and dont have anything bad to say keep up the great work

The staff here are shockingly kind! I’ve never in my life been met with such consistently friendly staff at a fast food restaurant until me moved to the area. This sonic is now our go to when we need something quick!
