We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to our Marcos! He got our entire order perfectly correct, stayed completely on top of our drinks, and handled every request without missing a beat. Their kindness and genuine attentiveness truly made our time there so enjoyable. Service like that makes all the difference — we’ll definitely be back!

We finally made it back to our local Saltgrass and had an exceptional experience. From the host to all the wait staff, everybody was very friendly and kind. Our waiter Juan kept our drinks filled, offered suggestions for our meal and kept us entertained. Absolutely enjoyed our time and meal.

This restaurant has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered 3 dinners online and drove downtown to pick them up. I would have checked to see if all my food was there, but the bag was sealed. So when I got home, two salads were missing. OK, I’m a reasonable person and mistakes happen. I called to ask if they could refund me for the salads that I did not receive and they flat out refused to do anything about it! They just had to refund a small portion to the card that was charged, but no. No apology, no refund, no gift card, no discount next time you come in…..nothing! It’s not the money, but the principle. I will never eat here again and I hope you don’t either! BTW, this was Valentines Day about 5:00 PM in case you are wondering which staff is responsible.

The meetings at the convention center made this location extremely busy but the staff really went out of its way to seat us quickly and everyone was very friendly our waiter, Joel, was amazing! The food was great!
