* Autistic Nonverbal CUSTOMER here* Came to this location on Monday November 24, 2025 between 3:20PM -3:30PM.
I was approached by Antony, who was completely rude. I signaled to him that I couldn’t speak but that I was here to pick up an order. He rolled his eyes and kept trying to make me speak. I felt so embarrassed but bad at the same time. He made me feel low. I will never return to this location ever ever again. Who ever the manager is, your location needs training on how to assist deaf, impaired customers. It’s 2025!! Thankfully there was a sweet Hispanic worker that helped me. I was literally about to cry for haw Antony made me feel.

Last night, I called in and make a take out order, James (who was pick up the phone) was so horrible, impolite on the phone. I hope the manager
of this restaurant can have someone works there with the better attitude than JAMES.

I’m very disappointed with our recent visit to Saltgrass on November 1st. A couple hours after eating there, my son became sick and started throwing up. We were really concerned since it happened not long after our meal. It’s upsetting to have that kind of experience, especially at a place we’ve enjoyed before. I hope they take a closer look at their food handling and quality control to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

We used to like this place. No more. My 12oz ribeye was about 1/2 in thick. Not very much chance of making that steak juicy. Place looked dirty. Service was ok. Prices are ridiculously high.

Never again, we had a party of 16, we called ahead to advise that we would have a big party, we were told that we would be sitting in a long table. When we arrived we were told that we had to wait for the table to be ready as they needed to find the tables to sit us all. We waiting roughly 30-40 minutes to be seated. When we were sat we had two separate tables so we brought it to their attention that our group would like to be seated together as it was a family gathering. We were then moved to a separate room and sat, the waiter had an extreme attitude and made it difficult when we told her that we were ready to order because we couldn't order our main plates and starters.
Once she returned to take our order she had a military style. She was wanted answers right away and got irritated when someone didn't answer quickly.
I ordered the Cattleman's prime rib cooked medium rare. When I received my plate the meat was almost gray in color and was not medium, the meat was also dry. I tried to eat it as best as I could but decided to not continue the attempt. When the waiter returned she asked if we would be needing to go plates I responded no and she gave me an ugly look.
The next issue arose when she was taking note of who would be paying together. We were asked several times to confirm the information. One of the people in my group paid with tap, when he paid he decided against leaving a tip due to her attitude the entire time we were there and the waiter then called him back and asked "you not going to tip?" Then another party in our group was handed an incorrect receipt with a different amount, when he brought it to her attention she told him that was his and that she was not going to argue with him and continued to speak negatively to the rest of the group this the resulted in us having to ask for a manager. When the manager arrived we were informed that there was an unpaid check, we had all paid and showed him that we had all been charged. The only issue was that a recipe showed a different amount and he would not sign it as that was also not his card information. He then returned and advised us that was correct and apologized for the mistake. Our party attempted to be super cordial with her but made it difficult with her attitude
