I declined and requested hot food fresh food. They reheated it anyway and brought me the same food out. Minus sides. Asparagus was hard food was tough. Food sent back a total of three times. I was over this salt grass experience. It appears this is a trend with Landry's now from the Landry's in Corpus Christi when I spoke with the manager and still nothing was done about that then visited this Saltgrass here in Houston and it was a similar experience I will continue to write reviews and let others know that this is your culture now. Not to mention how everyone else was receiving their food but our table did not and we were your minority guest. The waiter was inexperienced looked at me like I didn't know what I was requesting when I request my bourbon glaze on the side of my pork chops this overall experience was awful I was drained and will not return.

It's not just this location because I've tried multiple locations. Corporate needs to get their stuff together because this is ridiculous and how good companies get ruined.

Veronica, our server, was very courteous and attentive without being overbearing. The whole party agreed that the Brussels sprouts and fried were the best items. The steaks, chicken tenders, and ribs lacked seasoning, however, they were cooked to the requested temperatures. This is our go to location, but the food just wasn't seasoned to our liking.
