I also give plenty of grace for mistakes or when people are busy. I worked all weekend and was tired and looked forward to a nice sweet dinner with my husband. Took over 35 mins for two simple bar drinks after asking for them. Server disappeared for long periods of time and was nowhere to be seen after food dropped. Orders wrong. We’re talking Sunday night quiet, as a mouse in there, less than a handful of tables and servers/bartenders all standing around socializing. Shouldn’t be too tough to fulfill a drink order or get orders right. Super disappointed in lack of attention and laziness making excuses why you can’t bring out two drinks on a slow night and people blaming each other and a manager who doesn’t seem to believe it actually took that long.
