- CWCorey Wolfe1 day ago1.0Took my wife and our kids out to celebrate her birthday. Never again! Upon arrival’, we where seated promptly but that’s where is went downhill. We sat for over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged while the surrounding tables where serviced by the waitstaff . I was ready to walk out but my wife convinced me to stay and get the attention of a manager. I flagged the manager down, he did apologize and took our drink order and assigned us a server. No offer to comp any (non-alcoholic) beverage or an appetizer which is okay but it just tells me the level of hospitality to be expected. Food was what’ I expected. Our waiter was mid, we had to keep asking for refills. In the end I still left 20% gratuity. Hopefully I choose a better a place to take my family to dine at next time.

She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Stephany knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food were perfect without ever making us feel rushed. The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered, and her positive attitude really elevated our entire visit. Exceptional service like hers is the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Stephany, for such a great dining experience!
- BBBob BDec 15, 20251.0Eat here about four times a year. If you order a drink, prepare to wait a very long time. Once they turn the drink order in, they don’t give it another thought. It will sit on the bar, until you remind your server, at least once. It happens every time we go. No exceptions. After an unauthorized charge was made on my card, this past weekend, at same location, I will never hand my card to another server. If we ever go back, I will bring cash. Their point of sale system obviously lets a server enter card information manually. They’ve got at least one bad hombre currently working there. Reported to the manager yesterday. Brought him copy of the receipt. He knows who our server was. Card has been canceled. Bank reversed charge.
