  I love their pumpkin cheesecake served this time of year. I'm disappointed to find out it no longer comes with caramel drizzled on top. I recommend they being that back because it really adds to the flavor of the cheesecake.

  Food was good. Brisket queso was delicious. Husband got the bone in ribeye. Asked for medium rare but came out rare. i wouldn't get the sweet potato fries again. They were thin and came out lukewarm. Service was friendly but they kept trying to take stuff off our table that we were still eating. I get pre-bussing tables but we were literally in the middle of eating.

  Although, I gave them 1 star for food as there was no 0. Since I didn't receive my food in time to eat it. It all started off well, they brought us tea and took our orders. I had ordered the steak salad and expressly stated no olives as I'm allergic to them. About 10 minutes later, they brought our salads. My salad was cover in half chopped olives. When I told the waiter about the olives, he said that he had told the kitchen no olives. I asked him to replace it quickly, as we had somewhere that we needed to be. He said that he would ask them to rush it, left and returned a few minutes later. After watching him talking to his fellow servers for about 20 minutes without going to check on my salad, I was getting up to go ask him to check on my salad when he started taking the order of some newly arrived guests. As he completed the order I was again getting up to approach him when someone, I assume an assistant manager came to the table to ask me about my order. I explained to him what had happened and asked that he please get it out ASAP as our time was limited and pointed out that my companion was well into her meal. After another 10 minutes, I went over to the waiter and told him that we didn't have time to continue waiting. Finally, the second guy showed up with my meal, but my companion had completed her meal. I told him that as I had said earlier, we had to get going and to bring me the check and take my meal off the bill. To speed things up, I gave him cash. After waiting around for almost another 10 minutes for my change, I went and found him and get my change and I left hungry. This is the second worst managed restaurant and worst trained staff, I have experienced and the worst Salt Grass experience. I wasted over an hour of my time and didn't get my meal.

  Not only are they as slow as a snail the service is poor to say the least. I asked several times for dressing for my salads and upon arriving hm, after a 30 minute drive I had sour cream and no dressing. I was already passed because I paid $13 dollars more to add shrimp to my order only to find the gave me 4 small shrimp. It took the manager another 30 minutes to refund my money.

  I visited this restaurant today and was greeted by the hostess who sat me at a table. The waitress came over, introduced herself, and was very friendly. She suggested I try the prime rib since it's only served on Fridays and Saturdays. I went with her recommendation. When the food came out, the prime rib was overcooked and extremely salty. I let her know and she was kind and concerned. She told management right away and they remade the dish. Unfortunately, the second plate was also salty and not even cooked to a decent level. At that point I asked for the check and was ready to go. I made sure to thank the waitress for her great service. She really went above and beyond. I paid, tipped, and left. I regret buying the Landry’s rewards card last week. After this experience I’m not sure I’ll ever come back. It was a waste of time and money. I should’ve gone to Becks Prime instead for better quality.
