I had the birthday reward and the reward for joining. Then to make matters worse I already had subpar service, my food came out wrong and barely got then to get to the end of the night and can’t even use my rewards is a slap in the face. They didn’t even have the cheese for the salad and the server didn’t know the different types of cheese that comes on the salad I had to pull up a picture to show him. I had the brisket queso and the man brings me a to go box but not a bowl to put the queso in. I had to ask for the manager to get my change back and a bowl for the queso.

I called right back, and someone picked it up and hung up again. I called a third time and they finally took my order but they made it seem like they were going out of their way 🙄 not realizing all I wanted was a steak wedge salad.
