Amber, the manager, also visited our table and greeted us nicely. We visit this location weekly, great service, atmosphere and affordable for such high quality food.

Drinks were late, appetizer never showed up. The supposed manager walking around doing who knows what. Im just sticking to the saltgrass in Pasadena and webster.

The best part of our time there was the service we received from Alexis, he made sure our every need was met. We never had to worry about our drinks running out or looking around for him when we needed something. He answered my many questions about the menu thoughtfully and patiently. Very respectful and kind as well. We will be returning!

I understand with being a server, you have to make sure your guests are ok and have there items on the table. But, he couldn’t just walk away after the first check up. He asked if we needed anything else and we responded with “no thank you.” Then he still proceeds to ask if we need a refill or get more napkins. Like I responded to you that I am fine. Then, later for the check he comes back to put the book down and proceeds to tell me my total out loud and waits for us to give him payment…I started to feel like we were being watched. Like did they expect us to be delinquents? Anyways, Alexis is a bad server and I wouldn’t recommend him as your server.
