Randalls is a bit pricey compared to HEB, but their bakery goods and prepared foods knock any store out of the park. Their prepared sandwiches a fav of mine, and always fresh and delicious. I order several often. Their bakery is a winner and slices of collossal chocolate cake are sinfully good. Best bakery in town!!

The place is nice, but the Starbucks employee does not respond well and always seems to be in a bad mood. Her attitude is poor, and I hope this issue will be addressed

I had a terrible experience here with an unprofessional cashier. My purchase (including a gift card with a points promo) was moved from self-checkout to a regular register. I confirmed multiple times that my loyalty number was on the transaction, but the points never applied. When I asked to fix or re-ring it, the cashier refused and pushed me to call customer service instead. Warning: always double-check that your loyalty number and points actually show on the final receipt, especially if they move you from self-checkout to a cashier. They will not fix it after you pay.

I truly don't see how they are still in business. Their prices are outrageous, even when on sale. They continuously reduce the size of items (bakery, deli, etc.) and increase the price. I have seen them on numerous occasions throw away numerous items from the deli that have expired, as no one bought them due to the ridiculous prices. What a waste. Is this store a front for something? It just doesn't add up.
