- AKAshley KingNov 3, 20251.011/3/2025 approximately 345pm I was at the self check out and I was discriminated for no apparent reason by the young Caucasian girl with the straight light brown (goldish) hair. She looks about 16 and wears baggy jeans. I see her often because I’m there often but this particular day I needed help and she stood far away from me as if I was a GERM. She wouldn’t come near me so I could show her my concern and I’ve never been treated that way before in my life. Some advice would be if your that uncomfortable to converse with other races and cultures than find a new line of work. Nobody deserves to be treated how she made me feel today and all I was asking for was HELP. I will never step foot in that Randall’s again and I’ll make sure my family and friends don’t as well.

Manger that was there was loud and rude, trying to brush me off -- giving me every excuse why the sale price wasn't valid. Once she realized I wasn't going to leave without purchasing the item she finally relented and decided to honor the digital coupon. This was an error on their system, so I wasn't the only customer that had difficulty getting the sale price. The other individual there just decided to walk away after the manager's lack of assistance and professionalism.

Went in for a couple of items and ity was more than 15 minutes to get out of there.. was denied the sale price for my item because the "coupon did not show clipped" Manager Quali told me that I would have to go all the way home to get a print out . That lady is out of her mind.. I can't help you was the answer.. Lo and behold when I came home, the coupon had been clipped.. Safeway needs to shut this store down.. The customer service is terrible.. On top of that they are just plain dishonest..
