Ive bought these cakes for years . Today l was about to cut a slice trying to finish it because it expire today well I had to throw it away there was MOLD on the strawberry and a little on the cake . Called the store and all the manager was concerned about was giving me part of the money back because she said most of the cake was eaten . I was in total shock. No concern about a person health or well being. I will not be shopping at Randall’s ever again.. And if anything happens to me or anyone in my family from eating that cake they will be hearing from my lawyer..

Jennifer was so rude . I was having issues logging in to my app and she was rude and irritated with helping me . She discounted my items without helping me log in . She should not work here if she doesn’t want to assist customers

Suddenly started having problems with every order for pickup. Three orders in a row had issues. I attempted to speak with the manager to voice my frustration and I thought that they would want to be aware that orders were continually having issues. First there were excuses. I tried to reiterate that I wasn’t trying to get anything out of the conversation other than express my concerns because if issues continued to happen I would take my business elsewhere. The manager then proceeded to insult me by saying that taking my business elsewhere was fine and that I clearly had issues. I asked what she meant by that and she said I was hollering and swearing at the employees which is absolutely not true. In fact the employee that I had requested to speak to the manager through, as we were walking inside, I made the statement that I wasn’t mad at her I was just voicing my frustration. Now, I’m not saying that I never swore at all because particularly the first order I was extremely frustrated and I think I did say some curse words. The day I asked to speak with the manager, I was very calm and sincerely thought I would be doing the store a favor by bringing to their attention their poor service. After the manager tried to blame me, it became apparent she did not care and that either employees were lying about how I was acting that day, or they were referring to the first instance where it took three tries for them to complete my order correctly. I left and I filed a complaint with corporate and I requested that the General Manager of the store call me because I wanted them to be aware as to what was going on because I wouldn’t be returning to the store unless the situation was resolved. Well, apparently he doesn’t care neither because it has been weeks without a call from him. I now shop elsewhere and ironically, the other stores somehow manage to complete my orders without any issues.

I tried to place an order for a birthday cake. The woman working the bakery desk was very hostile and kept insisting I couldn't afford it. However she let me "place" the order to pick up a week later. When it was time to pickup the order she claimed she never had the order however yesterday when I called, she guaranteed it would be ready.
