  This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place, and the ONLY reason I do is because it’s close to my home. The person answering the phone is beyond rude and completely unprofessional. Zero common sense, zero customer service, and absolutely no respect toward customers. The tone alone makes it sound like he hates his job and doesn’t want to deal with people at all. Whoever the manager is if you’re reading this you seriously need to reevaluate who you have answering your phones. This behavior is unacceptable and drives customers away.

  At first we had a misunderstanding about delivery arrival (the app doesn't say that it has been delivered). After a hard time to connect with the staff by phone, he didn't give a satisfying answer ("maybe it still on its way"). On the next call we talked to General Manager, he solved our problem by giving us refund. When we finally got the pizza, we called again to let him know and ask him to charge us back. He said it's okay and it's his Christmas present to us. Thank you, Sir! We'll surely pass your kindness to someone else. Have a blessed Christmas!

  My order was WRONG plain and simple. And the "manager" who looked like he hadn't bathed in a week. Didn't have the courtesy to look at me when he spoke to me. He was rude and obnoxious. My order was wrong and he was not going to make any attempt ro correct what i assume was his mistake because he was handling the pizzas. What is more concerning was he was yelling at me even after I was outside the store. I can't even comment on the food because I was so upset I couldn't eat it. I love those melts but after this experience I will just stick with dominos.

  Ordered pizza for delivery online. It said to expect delivery in 25-30 min. They're less than 2 miles away, but 45 minutes is a more reasonable time frame. After 50 minutes I checked online and it said my pizza was delivered 20 ago. I call the store and tell them we haven't received it & I'm told they will call the driver and call me back. They call back saying the driver rang the doorbell several times and finally left it on the porch because we didn't answer the door. I said we're home, the door is open, there's no pizza on our porch, and there's no way that we'd miss someone coming up the walkway and they can see us from the entryway, so they left it at the wrong house. They said they would remake it and we'd have it in the next 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, I have to call again because still no pizza. They said it was dispatched 10 minutes ago and the driver should be there soon, but if he doesn't show up in 10 more minutes to call back and they'll work something out with me. Whatever that means. 15 minutes later the driver shows up. It took 2 calls and 2 hours to get our pizza from them when they're 1.3 miles away. Order delivery at your own risk. Customer service is not a priority for them at all. 0 out of 5 🌟 👎👎
