Every employee working that shift deserves immense recognition for their contribution to delivering such a high-quality, excellent meal. Thank you all for a job extremely well done. However, the deepest and wettest high praise must be reserved for Manager Aiva. True customer service is demonstrated when things need fixing, and Aiva went above and beyond. Not only did she ensure tonight’s experience was flawless, but she also proactively and effectively corrected a previous issue we encountered a couple of weeks ago. Aiva’s commitment to resolution, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is the gold standard of management.
