  Pizza was decent when it arrived. It is still warm, with a solid crust and good enough toppings. The wait time was the main problem since the ETA kept changing and it took longer than expected. Overall it’s an okay choice if you have time, but the service can be slow.

  Ordered a large quantity of pizzas for a birthday party and order was on time and hot! Customer service was nice and friendly.

  Pizza Hut is really my main source of food these days. Tom-Brady-approved. Variety of options to choose from; you want jalapeños & pineapples in 1 bite; you got it. Decent people that work definitely here.

  Was completely disappointed by the experience I had today. Called in my order (apparently it was a call center and not the actual location) to be sent to my daughter for a special lunch. They took the order and said it would arrive in 25 mins. Then around half an hour later, I received a call from the delivery driver saying he had issues with the delivery...and that's when we realized it went to the WRONG ADDRESS because the call center rep put in the wrong street name. The driver then said the correct address is out of his delivery range, so take it up with the call center and hung up on me. My daughter didn't receive her lunch at all. Called the call center about it and they connected me to the store for a refund. The store rep could not hear me over the loud noises there. After 3 minutes of "hello, hello???" I hung up and called the call center again and asked to speak with a manager. Waited 15 minutes to talk to someone, then they said they'll have Pizza Hut's district manager reach out to me for a refund. That was around 2:00 PM and it's now 8:30 PM and no one has contacted me from PH. These call centers are completely useless and this whole back and forth is aggravating for an average pizza. BEWARE that when you call this store's location, you may not actually be speaking to the actual store reps. Just don't even bother calling them period because they will not be able to resolve anything for you if needed. So infuriating to see corporate greed affecting customer service, take your money, and not rectify issues.

  Very unprofessional and rude . The employees kept acting as if they didn’t understand me. My order was missing 3 toppings. (They didn’t want to remake it ) I’ve never seen such poor customer service . The lady came from the back and screamed at me. I asked for their names and corporate information. After, the red head lady screamed at me I almost lost my composure. She had me so upset and the fact that she got mad because her manager told her to remake the PIZZA! If you want to go to a place with nasty attitudes then come to this Pizza Hut. I honestly never seen anything like it. I ended up just getting a refund. I refuse to eat at this location my first and last time. They just seem miserable and old
