This location really should close. I don't know if the problem is the sauce or dough, but it's generally gross and inedible. It sucks because I paid over $15 for a pizza i don't like. Not only did the dough have a chemical taste, but i think the sauce had a bag flavor too. The best item with my meal was the cinnamon rolls and that had to be because this pizza hut doesn't make them. Do the community a favor and shut down.

[9/15/25] For lunch, I ordered a flatzz pizza at this Pizza Hut location. I realized they recently renovated the place and it now looks twice as big. But when I went inside, I realized the waiting area was 25% of the building. But it was spacious enough to walk in, go to the counter and ask for your order. Pick up went smoothly; the young man at the counter was attentive, all I needed was to give him my name and I had no problem getting my order. When I went to check on my order; I opened the box, and I realized that the flatz was a bit smaller than I expected. I knew it would be smaller than their pizzas, but for $6, I expected it to be at least half of one with some gimmick that it has higher quality ingredients. But when I looked at it, it really felt like I was buying two half ends of a regular pizza. I bought it on discount but I don’t think it’s worth the regular price of $6. The store is currently running a promo for $5 till 5pm but it’s not even worth that much— it’s better to spend $2 more for a whole pizza. But size aside, by the time I got to try it, i wasn’t hot neither lukewarm. Which took me by surprise, as I didn’t have this problem with ordering in general. It took me a couple minutes to arrive at the location after placing the order. And I expected it to be at least warm upon pick up. It’s the whole reason why customers choose the convenience of buying at Pizza Hut rather than making pizza at home. I did a bit digging around online to check if anyone else had the same issue, and turns out due the smaller size and thinness of the flatbread, it tends to cool down way faster than a regular pizza would. The flatbread base is less dense and heat dissipates faster. It doesn’t help Pizza Hut leaves products on a shelf after they’re done. I felt that the store could’ve done a better job keeping their orders insulated in a hot box or warming station. But at the moment, Pizza Hut has none of that in place. So when you order, as soon as your food is done, it’s out of the oven and it’s only a matter of time before it gets cold. I wish the location invested in a way to prevent the food from cooling down this quickly. And I don’t think they spent too much time researching on the possible flaws of selling flatbread, only that there’s interest in flatbread pizzas and gave it a try without thinking twice. It felt way too rushed. But for the taste test— it was as you’d expect from a supreme pizza in a flatbread base; with your usual bell pepper, onion, pepperoni, sausage, just a bit of everything. But, to be honest, It felt underwhelming. It was given it could’ve been eaten fresh. I took my first initial bite shortly after I got it. It was stiffer than your typical pizza crust, and had a hard crunch. But not a satisfying crunch, as I had to focus on biting through it. It was a struggle to eat the stiff almost rock dense flatbread. Once again, I don’t think anyone thought this through before releasing it for the sake of releasing a flatbread pizza into the market. Do not spend $5-6 on this product. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a regular pizza.
