After attempting to call Pizza Hut repeatedly to figure out what was going on, we were hung up on multiple times by the staff in the Philippines. The pizza ended up arriving stale and cold. Such a disappointing experience.

One employee in the back even made eye contact with me, then turned away and continued what he was doing without acknowledgment. It appeared no one else was around until I got up, peeked into the back, and stood at the counter. The same bald employee eventually came out to put food in the warmer. Still no greeting, no “hello” or “sorry for the wait”—just a flat, unenthusiastic “You waiting on an order? What kind of order?” I gave the name, and he walked away without another word. The entire interaction was rude and cold. Quite frankly, if I hadn’t already prepaid, I would’ve left and gone elsewhere. Needless to say, this was my first and last time ordering from this location.

The pizza had NOT been delivered! I CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MESSAGE WAS A MISTAKE AND THE DRIVER WAS ON HIS WAY. THE DRIVER DIDN’T ARRIVE FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES! SO THAT’S 25 MINUTES DRIVE TIME FROM MY LOCATION THAT’S ONLY 7 MINUTES FROM MY HOME.! NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE PIZZA WAS NOT HOT! THE DRIVER WAS NICE AND POLITE, BUT BY THAT TIME I HAD AN ATTITUDE! I WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
