  This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever seen or dealt with. I placed an online order for a personal pizza and wings x2 and while eating my food I came across a boneless wing that was moldy, I then proceeded to take the wing back to this location and asked for a management, I told the manager what happened and showed them the wing and he stated that it didnt come from this location. Wow first time taking no accountability for the mistake. Then proceeded to tell me that no we will only be able to give you a refund for the wings because my head manager is not here to approve the full amount. So i stated to call them because im not sure what i have eaten and I would like a full refund. Once the head manager got on the phone well through FaceTime laying in the bed, he even gave me a hard time stating that we have been serving wings all day so i dont understand. Which is irrelevant after 10min for nothing they finally gave me my money back. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

  De todos los pizza hut de Houston esta tienda es la peor.. la atención es pésima, pésima, los pedidos son super tardado y la trabajadora le vale gorro si uno está ay o no en 15 min q estuve ay vi como mas de 5 clientes se fueron porque nadie los atendia y la.muchacha muy tranquila alla adentro, deberian de cambiar ese personal, super antipatica y odiosa.. eso fue hoy 9 de noviembre 2025.. y hasta los dordash cancelaban sus pedidos por la.misma aptitud de la señorita.. cambien el personal.. gracias horribleeee
