I called to request a remake, and the gentleman who answered the phone was just as rude as the last time my wife and I met him in person. He claimed to be the manager and told me that if I wanted a remake, I would have to bring the pizzas back myself. It’s Friday afternoon after a long week of work, I shouldn’t have to leave my home to fix a mistake they made. I also don’t have space to store two boxes of incorrect pizza just to bring them back later. When I asked to speak to his manager, he hung up on me and said he was the manager. We’ve been ordering from this location for years, and there’s usually a lady who helps us, she’s always kind and professional. Unfortunately, the past two times we’ve gone, this same man has been rude, even when just asking for our name or looking up our order. It’s really disappointing to see the service decline like this.
