I place an order online for the breadsticks, a buffalo melt, and some bacon cheese sticks. I did not add a tip, when you gave me the option to because it was pick up. And even though I'd already paid for it he said oh you need to fill out this and point it to the card reader, where it ask me for a tip that was all I was doing, so that's very rude and unprofessional obviously I didn't want to give it to you cuz I would have done it when I paid for it online. I noticed that 2 of my items came with ranch,at which point I stated I didn't want ranch and would like marinara. The guy rudely stated those things come with ranch,and marinara was $1.07 extra a piece. Maybe I'm the jerk,but I expected to be able to swap out the ranch for marinara. I paid $1.07 for the marinara,places the 2 ranches on the counter,and then got a crazy look and was asked what I was doing with the ranch, after I already made it clear I didn't want ranch. And to anyone that reads this,and thinks I'm being extra,my apologies,but this is the thing that finally pushed me over the edge enough to complain. Whoever this guy is,he definitely shouldn't work dealing with customers
