  Food was hot and ready considering I ordered enough for a party! Service was friendly and attentive, answered my questions about deals going on and not impatient with my questions. Will definitely be back!

  When I got there there was nobody in reception I was calling hello hello and now answer. After a while a lady came and said hello I told her I'm here for pick up and she said I was rude because I didn't answer back.

  I placed my order at 5:53pm. I received a text message at 6:12pm that my order was on the way. On my Pizza Hut account it shows my order will be delivered by 6:45pm. When I contacted the store at 7:13 pm I spoke with a guy name Alex who said he couldn’t contact the driver and offered to give me the driver phone number. I stated that it’s inappropriate for me to contact the driver. The driver finally showed up , I didn’t receive my order till 7:26pm. I called the store back advising the manager that the pizza was cold. I stated that my kids are already eating the pizza and that it’s late so I can wait on a replacement. He told me he would send the driver back to my home to pick up the pizza in order to issue refund or credit. I asked for manager or supervisor over him he stated it’s Yvette but she was on vacation and won’t return till Monday 12/22/25. I am asking that this issue is looked into. To mishandle someone’s else’s food is not acceptable. Need training on customer service, well manager Alex is who I spoke to and didn’t get my issue resolved.

  I just placed an order today and everything was 39.79. The manager called to let me know that the sandwich with fries wasnt going to ba able to be completed because of no sandwich bread. She asked me what I wanted to replace it and I asked for GARLIC PARM BONE-IN WINGS. She said ok and when the order got here, the delivery guy handed me everything right except no bone in wings and no side marinara but some ranch. I handed him 40 dollars. He came back after I closed the door and asked me if I could give him an extra 2$ because my bill was 41$ and some change. I showed him my receipt and he came with one of his own. Smh... pure miscommunication but they have the best bone-in wings anwhere...

  My first time buying pizza and wings at this location buy was awful, I waited for 20 minutes and then they didn't made the right pizza, and then I hope i get my money back because I I didn't get the pizza and wings
