I work with a delivery app, and a "man" who works there followed me to my car, saying that I hadn't confirmed that I had picked up the order, even though I had shown him inside the restaurant that I had already confirmed that the order had been picked up. Extra cost for extras and the fact that the site wants you to tip 18 percent minimum for team members when you pick up only shows whats wrong with business here. You dont pay a living wage, so you want customers to do it for less than mediocre food and service. More dollars for local business now than ever. It had been years and I remember why now.
