I can’t believe I slept on Pei Wei for this long.
Stopped in recently and tried the Firecracker Tofu bowl and yeah… it did what it needed to do. The tofu was actually crispy (not that sad, soggy situation some places try to pass off), and the spice level had a nice kick without taking me out. I like heat, but I also like tasting my food — this was balanced.
I was pleasantly surprised by how many plant powered options they had. It didn’t feel like an afterthought. You can tell it’s actually part of the menu, not just “here’s plain vegetables, good luck.” I already have my eye on a couple other tofu bowls for next time.
The place was clean, service was easy and friendly, and everything came out quick. Solid experience all around. Definitely adding this into my rotation when I want something fast but still flavorful.
Grateful for solid plant powered options that don’t feel boring. 👏

Recently started coming and love the food. Portions are just the right amount. The service is excellent and the dining area very neat and clean.

Had Chicken Lo Mein here and it was not good. Tasted like it was microwaved. It gave me digestive problems after. Will not be back at any location.

My experience was horrible.I mean really bad.... uncarbonated fountain drink, burnt egg rolls, over cooked noodles... the worst was a weird chemical taste that I could not eat more than a few bites. Ordered the general tso's but it didn't have the traditional general tso's taste or seasoning. It was more like bland chicken, with some roach spray flavoring. It was so bad I took the time to write a poem to save you from the horrible experience.

A Culinary Crime: Short & Sour
The neon flickered, a warning in sight,
Before I stepped into a culinary night.
The egg rolls were burnt, carbonized husks,
Served in a dining room smelling of musks.
The crab rangoon sat soggy and sad,
While the flat soda was syrupy-bad.
I poked at the noodles, a pile of mush,
Then tasted the meat—a chemical rush.
Like bleach on a plate, it stung on the tongue,
A song of regret that's best left unsung.
By midnight the "explosive" reckoning came,
Leaving my bathroom—and dignity—in shame....
This is me and my wife first time here! The service is amazing and the food is better than what I expected! I got the firecracker shrimp and fried rice! 10/10! My wife got the General Tso Chicken and noodles. 10/10! Francis gives amazing customer service! She walks around to all of the customers and makes sure everyone is okay! Overall 10/10 will try again
