- DEDave EverestNov 14, 20255.0The. Best. We kinda threw together an idea last minute and 10 of us met at the 290 Pappasitos to splurge for the best beef fajitas in Houston. We were greeted by two super nice hostesses. Even tho we showed up without a reservation and were a large party they worked to get us a big round table near the front. The best table in there imo. Food quality didn’t disappoint. Fresh and hot and plenty to take home leftovers. Jacqueline was our server who treated all of us with 5-star service all nite. Professional and attentive like Pappasitos is known for. A memorable experience all around. And I loved that the manager came over as we were leaving to check on us. He was so happy that we were happy.

It appears not all locations are trained equally as far as the hospitality side of things go for Pappasitos. Usually, I order to-go orders from the Memorial location and always offered a complimentary drink (house service). However, the Hollister/290 location definately overlooks thier guests by the smallest details in hospitality.
