  Food was great, service was great! We went during the week at 1pm , it was not crowed at all.

  Pésimo servicio, como es posible que en un restaurante de comida Mexicana no tenga el personal suficiente bilingüe. Llegué a las 4:49pm me registré y solicité una mesa para 2personas y un niño de 4años. adicional solicité un meser@ que hable español. Me dijeron que debía de esperar de 10 a 15 minutos que me informaban por texto que l@s meseros en español estaban en su hora de lunch. Paso el tiempo llegó el mensaje fui a la recepción y me dicen debe de esperar más tiempo ya que la única mesera estaba recogiendo una mesa. Pero se veía a la chica de la recepción un poco perdida en saber sobre el personal y si tenían o no personas bilingües. Seguí esperando más de 10 minutos. Vuelvo y me dicen que otro compañero me sacó de la lista de espera que debía volver a dar mi número y entrar en la lista de espera y esperar que la mesera en español se desocupara. Escribo este mensaje a las 5:40pm y no me llegó ningún mensaje, ni me atendieron. Me parece una falta de respeto que esto suceda. Espere mi turno espere lo suficiente y más con mi hijo esperando.

  We went to three Pappasitos in three days - I45, Webster, then 610 near the stadium. The food was consistent at all three. We had margaritas, old fashion, the trio quail, beef fajitas, and shrimps. Great meals and service all three days. The servers (Peyton, Andrea, and Alicia) respectively were amazing. First class service. We just had dinner at Michelin star restaurant on Saturday so service is on our mind. All three servers were up to par. Alicia stood out the most with adding the bit extra.

  I usually only make reviews when I'm happy with a service but today that changed. We went to dinner with our kids and grandkids after the auto and boat show. We waited at the table a very long time before a server came. Finally the server came to take drink orders and drinks took forever. Didn't even bring water for the table. Took forever to get someone's attention to get water finally. Finally get drinks and order food and didn't get our tortillas. (we ordered fajitas.) Also ordered jalapenos that never arrived. We mentioned that when we asked for bill and they just said sorry I'll take it off the bill. Lol. Finally flagged someone down for tortillas. Food got cold. Bottom line, food was just ok and service was terrible!!! We will not be going back. To spend so much money for hardly any service I would rather just order in. Service just isn't what is used to be and I'm truly disappointed in Pappasitos as it used to have better training and standards for customer service.

  GP gave us absolutely incredible service, I might go as far as to say he gave the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. The food was spectacular, spent almost no time waiting for food/table/service. Very polite and attentive, any request we had, he was already there to get it for us. He even brought us to-go boxes before we even had the chance to ask! Absolutely phenomenal experience. Im gonna have to be back for those beef fajitas.
