With 10+ years of food and bev under my belt, I understand the high pressures in a high volume establishment, and I still 100% believe it is never okay when seating guests/running food to put force on a guest move them out of your way. Running food in a busy concentrated area on a Saturday night is NEVER an excuse, as Edgar is a great representation of how to use WORDS instead of ACTIONS. Aubrion and Edgar are amazing and should be praised for their hospitality and politeness towards guests. Talking to HR and filing a complaint led to a dead end- so just be wary if you're trying to make a formal complaint on an employee.
- COC Brick OwensJan 30, 20264.0Margaritas, chips, and salsa were an awesome way to start the dinner. The enchiladas suiza had chunks of chicken which I prefer versus shredded. A pleasant surprise. I'm a serious critic of Mexican cuisine. I prefer to taste the layers of ingredients and not deal with too much spicy chili heat. The salsa was excellent. The enchiladas were covered with a melted cheese that solidified too quickly. The chicken was flavorful and the sour cream gave a nice cool punch to individual bites. The green tomatillo sauce added a pleasing color to the top of the plated meal but generally was a bland layer. Overall the experience was good, I would eat here again.
