I'm so glad your other locations value their customers more than you do, or my event would have been ruined.

I go through the drive through and ask about the burger because there is no detail about the burger or mention of it on the menu. I wanted a bacon cheeseburger and my wife ordered a loaded brisket baked potato. My burger had no bacon anywhere, I didn’t want mustard or pickles and my wife’s baked potato had no toppings and the smallest serving of brisket. I went inside and showed them, they promised to make it right… once again no bacon, and burger had pickles..baked potato no bacon and barely any toppings. It did have a decent amount of brisket. I’m sorry when you charge 19$ for a burger and 18$ for a loaded baked potato I am expecting to get what I paid for.. I was so frustrated I just drove away.. I don’t like causing a scene but this was frustrating.
