The ribs were incredible—tender, smoky, and so flavorful they didn’t even need sauce. The potato salad was easily one of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly creamy and seasoned. The coleslaw hit that perfect balance of sweet and tangy. And to top it all off, the pecan pie was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. If you’re craving real Texas barbecue done right, Pappas Bar-B-Q is a must-try.
