    Solid Brisket, decent sides. My only problems are that staff needs to stay on top of cleaning off finished tables and that the food was no longer hot (probably did not start hot enough, too long on line to pay and get to a table). They were deal8ng with a post-NFL Game rush and its aftermath.

    Located close to NRG. Even non-game days, it can get very busy. However, the team is very organized and keeps things running smoothly. I always get a hamburger at this location. Sometimes it comes out quickly, other times much slower. Usually, I get it to go. This time I dined in. They also have a drive-thru that I’ve never used. The burger is juicy, enjoyable, huge and filling. The sweet tear is always perfect. Staff is always kind to me.

    I just picked up an order I placed online. Whoever packed the bag didn't care that they placed old molded packages of condiments in the bag. The entire bag reeked of mildew. I couldn't even eat the food. Why would you serve this when you knew that these packets were opened, smashed, molded, and had had dried ketchup all over them! Disgusting!

    I’ve been here a total of 3 times this year. Every time there was an issue. Service is great, atmosphere is great also. The issue is the meat. The first time I got ribs- they didn’t seem cooked enough for me so I didn’t eat them just my sides. The second and third time I got chicken. Both times my chicken was still bleeding. I spoke with the manger the second time and he accommodated us with new chicken which was great. This third and final time same thing- chicken was bleeding, the manager on duty this day didn’t apologize like the last one and instead offered us cake and pie. We took it as we didn’t want to be ungrateful and ended up taking the raw chicken home and finished cooking it. A refund wasn’t necessary because we still left with chicken- just cooked it to temp at home. Although the service, atmosphere, and side dishes were great I will not be back.
