I went to the counter and another person was standing there saying they have been waiting for their to go order for 30 minutes. I don’t see how it took that long for a sandwich and a bowl of rice and why the people that came in after me were sitting down eating while I’m waiting on my order when there is 6 people working behind the counter. Texas dirty rice was impressive

Please retrain your staff, you have enough staff to run efficiently it’s not hard to do. This location is not a great look for the Brand . Send the staff from here to the downtown location so they can learn.

My wife went to pick up a baked potato for my dinner and I come home thinking she picked at the brisket from my potato.. no it’s just pappas bbq skimping meat for a potato that WE paid $20 for. Does that look like a $20 baked potato? Please do better. I’ve gotten better portions from REAL Texas bbq spots. Terrible service and even terrible portions. This wasn’t even Sliced brisket this is literally fatty burnt ends that were probably the last bits. SMH. Not even a 1/4 pound of meat on this potato. Also p.s this potato was given out within less than 2 minutes of ordering. I know it wasn’t fresh.

Tonight's episode in waiting 45 minutes for a call-in burger essentially resulted in us being told to park to the side upon arriving at drive thru for pickup (we'll bring them out! Liars). Second trip through the line reminded the idiots. Finally get home and the burgers were burned and not dressed properly. But who had another hour to burn on this awful, AWFUL Pappas restaurant? That family should be embarrassed by what's happening at this location. (No, I'm not sending you feedback on your website. You monitor THIS site obviously. Use this info to improve!)
