  Great food, service has improved behind the counter. We've been dining in and picking up orders to go since they opened. However, they need to work out a better system when it's packed specifically when picking up orders. As a customer on the outside waiting, it looks very confusing and customers don't help. Please work on getting orders to go correct. It's stressful to get home and find out you have sides or bread missing.

  I just bought a chopped beef sandwich with fries and the sandwich had pieces of fatty meat and no meat at all, and I paid almost $20. They should put meat in it, not just the fat, because not everyone likes to eat the fatty part of the meat, and it's not fair that I paid and couldn't eat it.

  The brisket is very good. Nice and tender. Very Good flavor. No sauce needed. The pork sausage is good. Nothing special. Smoked turkey is good. Again, nothing special. I probably should have gotten the pulled pork. The potato salad was to sweet for my liking. Couldn't get past the first bite. The green beans were bland, cold, and a little to al dente for me. Had they been seasoned better I would have eaten them. My wife liked them and The portion size was good. The music was good and the chairs were some of the most comfortable chairs I have sat on in a restaurant. The staff was very nice.

  Really disappointed. Spent about $60 on brisket sandwiches and honestly regret it. The food came out cold, the bread was hard and stale, and the brisket itself was dry and disappointing. For the price, this was a huge letdown. Definitely not worth what we paid. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you’re craving good BBQ.
