  Please check y’all’s food today I found a hair on the pork ribs today the day of the superbowl 02/08/2025 . This just literally made my stomach sick seeing a hair on it so please people check your food . Had to throw my food away .

  The food has gone way downhill. Pulled pork now apparently means three big chunks of dry, chewy pork on an old bun. No thank you. French fries should not be the only decent thing on your plate at a BBQ restaurant. There's way too much competition with actually good food to bother with this. Also, I shouldn't be waiting 20+ minutes in line with only two people ahead of me. If they're going to be this slow and charge this much, I should at least get to sit at a table while they do it.

  Yes. I got it. It's just a chain. But the food is nothing short of being great, we loved it!

  I usually go to the location 5 minutes away but was closer to this one today. I got my usual order of a brisket, egg & cheese taco which usually is enough to fill me up but left me still hungry instead. As soon as I grabbed it out of the bag I could tell it didnt compare and sure enough once opened there was hardly any meat in the taco and ended up being more egg than anything. If I would have known they skimp on the meat I would have just settled for something cheaper than the $6 I paid for this one. Definitely disappointed & will just continue going to the location off 45 & Monroe where the tacos are actually worth the price.

  I've eaten there for years so I know ribs aren't supposed to me blood red on the inside. I ordered the PORK ribs and when I bite on the they were tough and red , not pink red on the inside. I told the manager and she said "that what our meat looks like." Tough and undercooked? This was Christmas Eve but there was no lines it wasn't busy. No reason to rush the cook. She told me to get something else, but I wouldn't be going back if this is the new standard.
