  They missed.. ordered a bacon cheeseburger.. the bacon and patty was good, but thats it.. the buns were cold and soggy. The place of order isn't very organized, you could easily find yourself in the to-go line with no idea what to order, because the menu is on the other side and the cashier doesn't tell you any better.

  The atmosphere was so welcoming, and it was packed, but I didn't wait too long, which was nice! I was helped by Sofia, and she was welcoming and so helpful (really pretty). The food was even better than it looked in the photos. I recommend this place 10/10

  Christmas Order.. Ribs, Chicken, Sausage, Baked beans and green beans! Ordered for a family of 5 for Christmas dinner. This was the worse BBQ ever! The ribs were tougher than leather shoestrings, no seasoning, green beans were super crunchy, like raw carrots and undercooked! The baked beans were hard, The Bbq chicken was pale and tasted like liquid smoke, and the sausage was absolutely disgusting, it was like eating a jumbo hotdog weeny, The BBQ dinner wasn’t even fit to give to the homeless. Totally disappointed with the food. Never again, PAPPAS BBQ!🤬🤬🤬

  It’s unfortunate they’re so slow because they do seem nice enough. But multiple times I have placed orders for pickup, I’ve had to wait an extra 20-30+ minutes for the order to be ready after my scheduled pickup time, while seeing people arrive after me & get their orders before me.

  I almost never leave negative reviews, but my experience at this location really left me disappointed. I came at my grandmas request to pick up two brisket potatoes to-go, only to get home and find that both potatoes were completely missing the brisket; this could be because she asked for all of the toppings on the side so we got all of the potato fillings on the side but absolutely no brisket. Yes my grandma chewed me out for not double checking the order when I got it, so we both are responsible but what really took me over the edge is what happened while I was waiting for the order. While I was still at the restaurant, I also asked the cashier a very specific question before ordering a brisket patty melt: “Is the patty made with brisket?” She told me “Yes”. I understand new employees may still be learning the menu, but the manager was standing right behind her listening intently, so I assumed the information was correct. After driving back to the store twice and finally sitting down to eat, I discovered the patty melt was just a regular ground beef patty with brisket pieces placed on top — not what I was hoping for at all. This whole situation ended up being frustrating, especially after being so clear about what I needed. I hope the team tightens up communication and accuracy, because this was a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth for a simple to-go order.
