Had a problem with my holiday order that required a second trip back to the store on Christmas Eve day, but managers Chris and Emerson, and staff Sonia made it right. Their attitudes were so friendly and cheerful, even though they were extremely busy. And the turkey breast we ordered was absolutely delicious. Juicy and flavorful. On a day that was very busy for me personally with lots that went wrong (not just at Pappas), their smiles and helpfulness made all the difference.
