  Pappadeaux Willowbrook- I placed a ToGo order recently and they did not give me the shrimp I ordered and paid for. Once I got home and realized there were no shrimp, I called and spoke to a young lady in the front and told her I did not receive my shrimp. I asked to speak to someone working in the ToGo area and she transferred the call and no one ever answered the phone. I waited for about 10 minutes to speak to someone. I don’t know if someone in the back ate my shrimp or what but it’s unacceptable to pay for something and not receive it. And never speak to anyone to correct the situation.

  My husband and I visited Papas on Valentine’s Day, fully expecting it to be an extremely busy evening. Even with the large crowd, KeKe, Aleah, and Asla truly made our experience exceptional. Their promptness, attention to detail, and genuine kindness stood out from the moment we arrived. The bar area was packed, yet we never felt overlooked. They consistently checked on us throughout our visit, ensured we had everything we needed, and maintained such positive attitudes despite the rush. That level of service makes a lasting impression. A big shout out to KeKe, Aleah, and Asla for going above and beyond to make our Valentine’s Day special. We are so grateful and look forward to coming back.

  We had not been to pdx in a few years and the food was great then. I’ll tell you. This visit the food was beyond on point. Extremely pleasant atmosphere and a lovely pre vday experience. Banana foster cheesecake was DYNAMITE!

  Food was great, service was good- 4/5 stars bc our waiter brought the preschool child a glass filled to the brim with liquid and ice. No kids menu was provided until I requested since i had to also I ask for a kids cup. The cup was then brought over and sat in front the child like she'd pour it- FEOM A GLASS herself. While she can pour, who wants to risk a mess from a glass like that? I frequent Pappadeaux very often but not this location. Pther than that- great food, ambiance, clean.

  Love this location. They keep the quality and service top tier. Our server was excellent. The calamari, my chopped salad so good. Chocolate Brownie thing is decadent!!
