- JHjeff howe2 days ago5.0First time ever visiting Pappadeaux, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Even though the parking lot was packed, we were seated quickly and with no hassle. The food was amazing everything we ordered was on point. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was our server, Morgan Goodman. From the first 10 seconds of her introduction, her energy, enthusiasm, and genuine excitement to welcome us especially knowing it was my first time completely set the tone for the night. I even told her right away how much I loved her energy. Despite how busy it was, she delivered outstanding customer service the entire time. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, and I can honestly say her attitude and presence are one of one. She deserves serious recognition Pappadeaux, you’ve got a great one. Keep her. Thank you again, Morgan. I’ll definitely be back because of both the food and you. .
- HGHumberto Garcia2 days ago4.0We went here last night and had a mixed experience. Our appetizer, mozzarella sticks, were only slightly warm on the inside, and one was cold. I ordered the Atlantic salmon, while it was very tasty, it wasn’t cooked medium as requested. I only had a few spoonfuls of rice, which was cold. My wife ordered the chicken tenderloin; the chicken wasn’t very hot, and the fries were cold and seemed old. We mentioned this to our waitress, who was prompt and attentive, she quickly brought out a new plate. The replacement fries were hot and clearly fresh, which we appreciated. Overall, the main issue was temperature consistency across all the dishes. The flavors were good, and the service was responsive, but the food arriving cold took away from the experience.

She showed composure, grace, and gave me and my family excellent service for my birthday even after being sat near closing time. She was patient, quick, and attentive. And get into pic! THE FOOD NEVER MISSES. One thing the Pappas Bros know how to do, is BE CONSISTENT! Check out Pappadeaux on South Loop near NRG and if youre lucky, JOURNEY will have an open table for you!
