  We sat at the bar, service was okay. Restaurant is old, needs a facelift outside and refresh inside. Food is always delicious though!

  The trout was ok. I wouldn't order it again. We were seated 5 minutes so without menus until my wife suggested I go ask. Our server Joshua was MIA for some reason when Jaimie took over and he was great. My son had lobster as a treat and he enjoyed it. My wife says the crab 🦀 gumbo could've had more in it but was pretty good.

  Kearston .C was my server according to my receipt however more then one server came to my table before I received my order which was very slow in coming out to my table, one server claimed to be the manager which I doubted from the beginning because he was serving tables like all the other servers. I explained to this guy I was concerned about the seasoning they used on the fries and he assured me he would make the kitchen aware of it. They still came out very over salted and some other type of seasoning on them.The bread was old very hard and crumbled into pieces and I made the server aware of this but he brought me another just like it old and hard. My order took about one hour before coming out to my table and I felt I was being ignored by my server when I finally got his attention to check on my order. I have been a customer of the Pappas brands of restaurants for many years and this location needs a new manager to get it back in gear. Fries were cold old and too salty and over seasoned and the shrimp were just barely warm. I don't know if my server was new so I didn't blame him completely and still gave him a tip, but my experience here was very disappointing by the way I had fried shrimp and fries. The place was not even very busy but service was extremely slow. Something not up to normal here at this location service and food quality needs improvement. Just want to make you aware of this facility because I've eaten at most of your restaurants Pappas brands. My total ticket was $35.00 and not a quality or consistent experience like I've had before at your restaurants.

  We decided to go here because our usual go-to seafood spot was closed that day. I was not expecting the food or service to come anywhere close. I was pleasantly surprised. It was an excellent Birthday experience. Excellent food and service. The atmosphere was very pleasant. My Salmon was perfection! Everyone in our party of 6 was very pleased.

  Steven was our server today and he was amazing. He gave suggestions of the specials, desserts and holiday gift card promo. Extremely friendly. We ordered the mozzarella sticks which are amazing, the fondue which is my favorite dish and the Sea Bass special which was grilled over spinach or broccolini with charred tomatoes and a cheesy crab topping. Our apps came out a little late because the kitchen was behind, but everything was piping hot and spectacular. My favorite Pappadeaux experience yet.
