  Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted by two kind hostesses. Even though there was a wait, their friendliness made it easy and pleasant. My husband and I came to Pappadeaux’s right after our wedding on November 21, 2025 — I was still in full bridal attire — and the staff made us feel celebrated from the moment we arrived. We were seated with Ari, a waiter we’ve had before, and she was just as wonderful as ever. Ari is down‑to‑earth, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Shortly after, the manager came by to personally greet us, letting us know she was glad we chose to celebrate there and that she’d be available if we needed anything. That thoughtful gesture meant so much. My family and I had an amazing time. The service, the atmosphere, and the kindness shown to us turned our wedding night into an unforgettable milestone. Because of this experience, we’ve decided to make visiting this location part of our anniversary tradition — and I’ll be back for my birthday too! Thank you, Pappadeaux’s, for making our special day even more memorable. 🌸

  This is the worst location I have every been too. Too my whole hour lunch break up and all o ordered was a baked potato. Called at 1:04 so my food could be ready when I got there. Asked for extra bacon bits and green onions which I was charged extra for had been waiting in curbside no one ever came to the car so I had to get out of my car to walk in and get my food only for them to mess up the order was headed back to work and had to turn around cause they added sour cream when I simply asked them not to. Then they only offer to give me a free dessert which I declined because this took up my whole hour lunch break. I will never go to this location ever again. Horrible

  As most of these establishments are, it was very nice, the food was delicious as always, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We are huge fans of Pappadeaux, wherever they are located and never pass one up! I always get the Crawfish Trio, you have to know to ask for the trio, it’s not on the menu, but it’s a HUGE amount of food and if you LOVE crawfish like I do, and like a batter variety, it’s absolutely perfect and delicious. My wife loved the grits for years, but, apparently they have been discontinued at this location, and perhaps at all, our waiter wasn’t sure. The salmon she likes is always great, as are the giant shrimp. I’m always 50/50 on salmon tasting too “fishy” at a lot of places, but have never had a bad bite here when she’s ordered it. This place might be considered a little pricey to some but the quality of the food and the experience make it absolutely worth the money. Every…. TIME. ☺️🥰 Always, ALWAYS, a favorite and will be for years I’m sure.

  I called today to get an update on my refund. I was put on hold at least a dozen times. Finally, someone named Josie got on the line and put me on hold again. She said that the first manager I spoke to on Sunday named Naji did not process my refund correctly. Ok, so then she said she would process it. She then quoted me the wrong amount for the refund. Taxes and tip were not included in what she told me. However, the charge that had already posted to my account did include it. She asked for my phone number to call me right back, but she never did. Terrible.

  Three weeks ago, my friend and I went to the Westheimer location to celebrate pur birthdays. We had the pleasure being served by Cassidy. She was SPECTACULAR! Hands down one of THE BEST to do it! From menu recommendations to timely service to a delightful personality, she has it all! So much so that we went back tonight and guess what.....it was just as amazing as before. We've been to Pappadeauxs many times but Ms. Cassidy enhanced our experience 1,000%. Thanks Cassidy and you all be sure to request her on your next visit! Oh and we were sure to tell the manager, Ramona!
