  Denae is so amazing!!! She took really good care of me and my mom and never made us feel like we were being a bother! She made us feel comfortable and welcome like family! The food was great as well! Will definitely be requesting her every time i go!

  We had the crawfish platter and the thrre items one the platter were hugh portion sizes! The crusty hot bread was great. Est value when you see how much you get. Great atmosphere service was ok but not up to the normal superior level. Our server acted bored, distracted and going through the motions basically but the food was the best.

  The food ranged from mediocre to bad. What you call gumbo is a clear, watery tasteless soup, not even close to gumbo.. The calamari was salty and tough. The crayfish dish was mediocre. Oh, the wine (overpriced) for which you cannot take credit, was good. Never again will we grace your doors.

  Me and a couple of my friends came to this location, and let me tell you—Krystal and Tamera are the best! Even though it was extremely busy because of New Year’s, they were fast, friendly, and very attentive. They made sure everything was taken care of and never made us feel rushed. Their customer service really stood out and made our experience great. I will definitely be coming back because of them!

  I have always enjoyed dining at Pappadeaux, which is why I feel it’s important to share a concerning experience I had on Monday, December 8, 2025, around 7:00 PM at the bar. I paid a tab of nearly $300 in cash to the bartender working at that time. After she returned, I was told the cash was “short” by approximately $40–$60. I am very confident the full amount was handed over, and several aspects of the interaction raised serious concerns. Most notably, when the bartender returned to address the issue, she stated that I did not need to leave a tip at all. Anyone familiar with the service industry understands that tips are a standard and expected part of bartending. Her reluctance to accept a tip—especially while claiming the cash payment was short—felt highly unusual and inconsistent with normal service behavior. When I calmly questioned the discrepancy and explained that I believed the count was incorrect, there was no effort made to recount the cash in front of me, clarify the total, or professionally resolve the matter. The situation left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about how the cash transaction was handled. I am posting this review not to be inflammatory, but because I believe this incident deserves attention from management. Pappadeaux has a strong reputation, and experiences like this undermine the trust customers place in your establishment—especially when paying large tabs in cash.I hope management reviews this matter seriously and takes appropriate steps to ensure transparency and accountability in future transactions.
