They did seat us about 15 mins later but did let us hang at the bar. After being seated our waiter had the worst energy. After speaking to a manager he was alot nicer the rest of the night. We were seated at 645 and was not brought our food until about 830. We were missing food and received cold food and was told they were out of certain potatoes. Manager just happened to come by and we told her what was happening. She said I'll bring you more food. Never came, we spent $400 and the service was very low class

The old ones were way better, I wasn’t even informed before ordering that it would be completely different. I expect way better from this chain… on top of that I got served cold fries when I was 5 min earlier to pick up my Togo from the time they said. Do better
