But today my family made a big order for my daughter's birthday and it got lost (not their fault) but once we asked door dash to redo it they canceled it. Tried calling to see what happened they refused to answer my calls and hanging up on me.

But one of the gentlemen in this Papa John's reminded me to grab some napkins before I left, that's the first time in probably 15 or 20 years that the service personnel at a fast food establishment actually provided me with an extra service that I needed at the time.
