- JSJames SmithNov 8, 20252.0I recently ordered a pizza for pickup and when I arrived home to eat it, there were just a few pieces of pepperoni on it so I called to inform the store manager. Well, apparently they didn't do what they said (notate the error and when I called to order again I would receive a pizza with "lots of pepperoni") because I just called and he told me the last pizzas I ordered were veggie pizzas. I informed him that I don't eat or order veggie pizzas. Long story short, he seemed a bit irritated and said he shouldn't have to be on the phone talking about this. So needless to say, I told him it's ok don't worry about it, and ended the call. Not good customer service. I will not return to Papa John's because I went to this store after getting bad service at another one.
