  I recently ordered a pizza for pickup and when I arrived home to eat it, there were just a few pieces of pepperoni on it so I called to inform the store manager. Well, apparently they didn't do what they said (notate the error and when I called to order again I would receive a pizza with "lots of pepperoni") because I just called and he told me the last pizzas I ordered were veggie pizzas. I informed him that I don't eat or order veggie pizzas. Long story short, he seemed a bit irritated and said he shouldn't have to be on the phone talking about this. So needless to say, I told him it's ok don't worry about it, and ended the call. Not good customer service. I will not return to Papa John's because I went to this store after getting bad service at another one.

  Marlon the manager of the store works at night, was inappropriate on the making comments and being disrespectful. He rudely hung up he said I was prank calling him. Did not feel comfortable ordering food since he is the once making it. FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY

  i have called e mailed customer service appearntly they dont wanna help like the manager at this store. i honestly wouldnt risk using gift card or debit card because if you lose money from what they type in you wont get your money back pr any pizza this place appearntly like to rob people basically I order 40 dollars of pizza I used my 25 $ gift card 1st they swore they didn't put it in. However they must of as many times they tried and having computer issues. I ask specifically would my giftcard go through last time if we do it again they said no but it did I took photo where I had 25$ and than 0.00 have never felt like I been robbed in all my time over papa john. it's a place I can't trust so back to pizza hut I guess yuk

  Order cancelled my delivery order, 20 mins after it was placed. The guy on the phone said he explained why on the voicemail he left me but didn't want to tell me while I was on the phone. He finally told me it was because the do not deliver to my address out of safety concerns which is fine. I asked the worker where would they deliver and I would just meet them there, he then says idk I dont know the area very well and was being very rude. I told them that I was waiting on my food and I needed it and the store already closed for pickup, and he told me there is nothing he can do for me. Don't order from this location.
