The she /him has gloves on and handled there phone before dealing with my pizza out the oven. Let’s not forget it took she/him 10 to come to front . So no front customer service presence

Took 45 min and longer time than showed on order. Lady making pizza was not wearing gloves. This causes cross contamination and its against hygiene. Guy with long beard is really nice and friendly.

Manager who clocked in around 6pm as of Oct 18th of 2025 is GARBAGE. Unhelpful, ignorant and clearly inexperienced. She tried catching a sarcastic tone with me over the phone about a deal their store was sponsoring, but didn’t honor and politely got cussed out and hung up on. Good thing my order was already in route 😂
She still made my food like a good girl and will make the next one when I’m ready🤏🏽🤏🏽 Hire better managers that won’t get the store a 3.4 rating.
