Worst part is he entered back inside and while I watched him not a single time did I see him wash his hands. That's disgusting and disturbing to witness. This guy could've made my food without washing his hands after smoking. Who ever hired this guy...do better. Not a single worker washes their hands even after handling cash.

Not even three minutes after the delivery, I found a stray cat eating the pizza right at my doorstep. I even attached photos as proof. I immediately contacted Papa John’s and DoorDash customer service, and I can honestly say both were equally disappointing. Papa John’s kept repeating that they couldn’t do anything because the order was placed through DoorDash and insisted they “always put the seal” — which clearly wasn’t true in this case. DoorDash, on the other hand, transferred me between five different agents, only to tell me in the end that there was “nothing they could do.” So, not only did I lose my money and dinner, but my kids were left upset and disappointed — and both companies showed zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero willingness to fix the issue. This was supposed to be a simple family dinner, not a customer service nightmare. Avoid this Papa John’s location and think twice before ordering through DoorDash. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and a complete waste of time.
