I stopped in here earlier tonight to place a to go order & they told me it was “really backed up” and to come back in 5 minutes to place. I come back in and they said give us another 10 minutes. Like what? Sounds to me like these team members you have employed here (there were 5 working that I saw) didn’t want to take my order. Five people and not one of them showed me a single bit of customer service instead just ignored me along with the other 6 people waiting. They never displayed a single bit of communication not one of them. Here is an idea?Have one dedicated team member working the front checking on guests and taking orders etc. This whole staff on the schedule tonight were TERRIBLE. Whoever the management of this franchise is honestly is just as much to blame. What a bad look for such a respected brand. Do better or go work somewhere else. No one is forcing you to work here haha.
