They're not the closest to me. In fact, I have the two other big competitor chains around the corner, but I've really love the quality of Papa Johns Pizza. I don't know if it's a new corporate policy or the store has a policy, but it just does not make sense to me to drive all the way out here with the pizza, ring the doorbell and then leave if I don't get to the door in time. I called the store to try to figure out what went wrong and they acted like they're not allowed to leave the pizza at my house? How is this benefiting anyone? I've never had this problem in the past for deliveries. if I didn't answer the door, the driver would just leave the pizza there for me… Literally having to order pizza from the competitor now as I write this review. Again, I've always loved this pizza chain, and the quality of the food but this specific location has really gone downhill. Just a bummer, I hope they can turn it around!

But then the pizza being warm is just another issue. I got my delivery as I drive up there because of course nobody answers the phone after calling over 5 times. And the excuse was " we are short drivers and there is a big game on (Sunday)". How is that my fault when I just paid yall over $50 for food? This place needs better planning and management- HIRE PEOPLE OR CLOSE DOWN!
