    This location is just not great. I want to keep spending here because it's the closest location to me, but the quality is kinda bad. Sloppy pizza from a few weeks ago Tonight's elongated and crunchy breadsticks What a disappointment.

    I was eating my pizza and there was a black blob so I assumed it was a burnt morsel or a stray olive from a different pizza (I ordered a pepperoni pizza with no other toppings) so I pulled back the cheese and it’s a FLY BAKED INTO MY PIZZA. WHYYYYYY 💔

    This location has made a complete 180. Every single person we dealt with yesterday was amazing even when they made a mistake they made up for it tenfold. Such kind and communicative service.

    The manager of this store should be fired because every time I’ve gone here I’ve gotten bad service employees are just standing around on their phone completely ignoring that I’m standing at the window then when they come to the window, they have bad attitude. I don’t need to pay for bad attitude. They’re way too many other options in Houston. I will never come back to this location ever again as I can look from the ratings I see it’s a pattern which points to management!!
