On a good day, you will get your pizza and it will be so hot that you can feel how warm the pizza is, the customer service will be pretty good, and the wait will at most be 5-10 minutes, though if they are on point it will already be ready.
On a bad day, they might be backed up with orders, frantic, and too busy to talk to customers.
But the pizza is pretty good, it’s not the craziest but it’s pretty tasty.
All in all it depends on the day, somedays no problems and somedays slow. But, it’s not bad.

I called about 7 minutes before opening time to place an order and requested to pick it up around 9:45–9:50 a.m. I called ahead specifically so the pizza would be ready at that time.
The employee who answered the phone responded in a rude manner, saying they were not open yet, but still agreed to take the order. I clearly explained that I understood they were not open and that I was calling in advance to schedule the pickup.
When I arrived at the store at the agreed time, the pizza was not made. The employee at the register confirmed that the order was in the system, but it had not been prepared or properly entered. Due to the delay and poor service, I decided to leave and go to another Papa John’s location.
Very poor communication, lack of organization, and bad customer service. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
