Hadn't been there in a while but was pleasantly surprised at the drive through by the politeness of Austin, the team leader. It made we want to go back. It is so important to be service oriented like that.

My friend and I were celebrating our birthdays and we had one of the Friendliest Troublemakers (pun intended) named Toby who made our experience memorable and I will be back because of him!!! 😀

MY CASHIER Niyi was so great his customer service skills was an absolute 10/10. He warmly greeted me, went through the entire menu, offered me a sample and even told me about the rewards system! To tie it alll together he even brought my food to the table for me (chipotle chicken avocado on Asiago bagel - must try!)
Most of the Panera breads in the Houston area closed due to franchise owner fraud but this one is staying strong and I am grateful. Clean and quiet relaxing restaurant.

I placed an online for 8:15am, my order wasn’t ready until 8:50am. Not one single employee apologized for the delay, when I told one employee I was upset for waiting so long, she shrugged her shoulders at me. I ordered the bagels for a company party and I was late due to my order being behind, I will never return

I asked the guy at the front for an exchange and he came back with a response from his manager and said “we can’t do an exchange, you would have to purchase another one” then the manager came out and positioned my exchange request as difficult to do for them. Stated “we would have to give you a full refund and then charge you all over again, do you want to do that.” as if I wasn’t sure of my request when I first asked for the exchange. The tone in which she asked was like saying am I okay with causing that kind of inconvenience for them. If a customer asks for an exchange, you should do the exchange regardless of what the process requires of you. Extremely unprofessional to put me on the spot like that. Will not be coming back. Huge lack of customer service. You should find another job if you’re unhappy where you are.
