I called Panera, and Chelsea was able to provide amazing customer service, not only did she understand my frustrations, she apologized for the issue (even though she/panera weren't the problem), and was just genuine in her interaction with me. I really appreciated her and even the GM hopped on the phone, he let me know it would get taken care of. Very very good customer service here
