  From my experience this location consistently does a great job. The staff is always fast, friendly, and polite, which makes a big difference during busy days. My drink is always ready quickly, and the service feels welcoming every time I stop by. Really appreciate the consistency and positive attitude here—thank you!

  The bagels are not fresh they cook them the night before and let them sit out all night until the next morning then they serve them to customers . They save left over soup from the day before and refrigerate it and then reheat it the next day. They supposed to change coffee every hour and they don’t. Plates be nasty and not clean.

  Fair deal for a fair meal. No great service and a request for water cup for my son took so very long. There were no remotes for collection of orders and seating was not arranged. Bread that came with soup was very tough and we could not eat it, soup was ok and Cinnamon Roll had a weird flavour.

  Cranberry chicken salad is a rip off. Basically I got a sandwich that had no chicken salad on it. The chicken salad was spread on the sourdough bread like you would spread butter on bread. Consequently it was basically four small slices of field greens and bread.
