I called the restaurant fully expecting a quick refund… and instead was met with genuine care. Tari, who had actually walked my order out to my car, answered the phone. Without hesitation, he apologized and went above and beyond—offering to replace both sides and include a dessert, delivered to us. As a working mom heading home with dinner, that kindness meant more than he probably realizes. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I know how many moving parts there are, and how rare it is to see service handled with this level of warmth and accountability. Tari turned a small hiccup into an outstanding experience. Huge shout-out to Tari and the team—this is how loyalty is built. Thank you for taking such great care of your guests!
