We visited outback after a really long time since alot of the locations have closed. We were happy to know that Thursday night is a bingo night! We got seated around the bar area and our server got us bingo cards and chips. We were served with complimentary freshly baked bread and butter. For appetizer, we ordered the onion blossom. My daughter ordered steak and fries from kids menu, me n hubby shared a 13 oz ribeye steak with coconut shrimp and sweet potato and chili on the side. Appetizer came out pretty quickly but food took a long time. The steak tasted delicious!
I also won the bingo round and won a free 3-course meal for next visit :)
Service was very friendly from all the staff.
Had no wait , call in for walking 15m way by the time we arrive no wait we had a table
All host staff super friendly In and out the restaurant server was always friendly and on top of our table . Will definitely be back

To go orders check your orders really well. Missing items. no napkins. Just really poor it's just as bad a McDonalds.
I even called and confirmed the oder after placing it and they still didnt do it right. Restaurant in general need to work on this. You are paying for food and food isn't cheap I only expect to get what I ordered.

This is by far the worst restaurant. The food was not as expected... My husband is severely allergic to black pepper and the person that brought the food out didn't notify us that there was black pepper on his steak or ribs, even though we told the waitress not to put any seasoning on them. Come to find out the ribs already come pre-seasoned and the waitress didn't know that, nor did the food runner.
The waitress didn't inform the manager as to why the food was taken back and didn't give my husband recommendations about as to what he could eat without the black pepper. Just said she can't let him eat the ribs, after the food runner placed it down and about 5 minutes after my husband noticed there was black pepper on the steak. It took nearly 30 minutes for the food to come out and the waitress told nobody that he had a food allergy. She apologized and said she had forgotten to let people know, but if you forgot, why not come back to the table and make sure? Or write it down on the paper... The food runner didn't even know if the steak or ribs, even the rice had black pepper mixed in.
The seasoned rice has black pepper in it, even though it didn't look like there was. On top of that there was a hair in the seasoned rice so he had to ask the waitress to take it away anyway. It's sad to know he can't even eat the rice here without him getting sick, or somebody losing hair in the food. The manager said mistakes happen but seriously, nobody wears a hat or hair covering? And nobody but the useless manager knows that there is black pepper in the rice...
I'm not sure what my husband ate, but he's at the hospital with an allergic reaction even though they supposedly remade the food. The food wasn't even that good and over priced. They charge for every little thing so even though we got the 3 course meal (after returning the steak and ribs) it still came out to over $100.00. A burger for my 4 year old daughter was raw and remade, but still raw when it came back. My 1 year old can barely eat the Mac and cheese or vegetables they were both hard. When we told the manager about this all he offered was a piece of chocolate cake even though we asked to take the food items off the ticket as we didn't want them anymore.
They nearly killed my husband and luckily I drove him to the hospital in time. He has to be here for a few days to let the swelling in his throat and face go down. Which means he will miss work.
They leave hair in the food, my daughter's burger was raw and they still didn't take it off the ticket. When asked for the manager he didn't show up the first time, and we had to ask a completely different person just for him to show his face. We will not be back at all. Horrible food, horrible customer service. I will be disputing this with the credit card company and letting a lawyer handle the lawsuit for putting my husband in the hospital. We trusted our server and the cooks not to put black pepper in the food and they still did. If you value your life or your families lives that have food allergies, make sure to triple check your food. Or best, don't come here at all. The staff could care less.
